This policy explains how Attic Cleaning San Jose (“we”, “us”) handles information collected through atticcleaningsanjose.com (the “Site”). Attic Cleaning San Jose is a trading name of AtticPros Inc. Where this policy says “we” or “us”, it means that company.

Information We Collect

When you ask for a free estimate, the form asks for your name, your phone number and a description of what needs to be done. We receive only what you type into it.

With your consent, analytics and advertising-measurement tools also collect information about how you use the Site, such as the pages you visit and the website that referred you. Our Cookie Policy describes them. Nothing of this kind is collected until you accept cookies.

How We Use Your Information

We use the details you send to contact you about your request, arrange an inspection or estimate, and provide the service you ask for. We do not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We share it only with:

• service providers that act on our behalf to run the Site and handle enquiries — website hosting, email delivery, and the system we use to record and follow up enquiries;
• government agencies or law enforcement, where the law requires it, or to establish or defend our legal rights.

Error Monitoring

To keep the Site working we use Sentry, an error-monitoring service, which records technical information when something fails: the page involved, the error message and the stack trace. It is configured not to collect personal data, IP addresses are removed before an event is sent, and it sets no cookies. See Sentry’s privacy policy.

Security

The Site is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to the information you send us is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age.

California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing.
